Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to promote and sell our catering services to corporate clients, event planners, and private customers. The role involves generating leads, meeting prospects in person, closing deals, and building long-term relationships to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: Identify and target potential clients for catering services (corporate, events, weddings, parties). Conduct field visits to meet prospective clients and present service offerings. Develop and maintain a pipeline of new business opportunities. Collaborate with the kitchen and operations team to create customized proposals. Follow up on leads and ensure timely communication with clients. Negotiate pricing and contract terms with clients. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Attend food tastings, events, and networking functions as required. Maintain accurate records of meetings, prospects, and sales using CRM tools. Provide feedback on market trends, client needs, and competitor activities.
