Key Responsibilities Client Consultation & Menu Planning Collaborate with clients to understand preferences, allergies, and dietary restrictions; design customized, seasonal or health-conscious menus. Ingredient Sourcing & Shopping Purchase high-quality ingredients—often from specialty or local vendors—within budget considerations. Meal Preparation & Presentation Prepare delicious meals in various styles with excellent presentation; scale up for events or special occasions. Packaging & Storage Package meals for future consumption with clear reheating instructions. Kitchen Management & Clean-Up Maintain a clean, organized kitchen, ensuring food safety and sanitation before and after meal prep.
