Skills Required

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 6 years of experience in business intelligence, or in lieu of a degree 8 years of experience in business intelligence.
• 6 years of experience with BI applications; query and reporting, online analytical processing, statistical analysis, forecasting, data mining, and data visualization.
• 4 years experience leading a team of analysts or programmers.
• 3 years demonstrated success developing and delivering advanced analytics.
• 3 years collections and/or recovery experience.
• 4 Years of experience in using Analytical software, such as Python, R, or SAS.
• 4 years of experience with Tableau.
• 4 years of SQL and SAS experience.

• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
• Strong communications, problem solving skills & attention to detail.
• Advanced programming and visualization skills.
