Conversational UX Designer / Chatbot UX Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented Conversational UX Designer with strong expertise in designing user experiences for chatbots, AI-driven platforms, and virtual agents. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in UX/UI design, excellent communication and writing skills, and hands-on experience with platforms like ServiceNow Virtual Agent and Microsoft Teams integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

Chatbot Interface Design:

Develop and refine user-centric UI/UX designs for chatbot platforms to ensure seamless, intuitive, and engaging user interactions.

Conversational Flow & Dialogue Design:

Collaborate with AI/ML engineers and developers to craft optimized conversational flows and natural dialogue structures tailored to user needs.

ServiceNow Virtual Agent Customization:

Design, build, and customize ServiceNow Virtual Agent interfaces aligned with organizational goals and user expectations, enhancing satisfaction and usability.

Microsoft Teams Integration:

Design and implement effective chatbot UI integrations within Microsoft Teams to support frictionless enterprise communication and task automation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in designing for conversational AI, chatbots, or virtual agents.

Strong UX/UI skills with a user-first mindset.

Proficiency with tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.

Working knowledge of ServiceNow Virtual Agent framework.

Familiarity with Microsoft Teams integration principles.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to translate business needs into elegant, user-friendly designs.

Preferred:

Experience in enterprise environments or ITSM platforms.

Understanding of natural language processing (NLP) principles
