Role & Responsibilities

• Lead

  endtoend design and architecture

  of conversational AI solutions
• Design chatbot workflows for

  voice and text-based

  interactions
• Architect largescale

  Conversational AI & NLP systems

• Implement multimodal Conversational AI using

  APIs, webhooks, SDKs

• Drive architecture thought-leadership in

  Generative AI & Responsible AI

• Own delivery and decisionmaking for Conversational AI components
• Collaborate across teams to shape

  AI-driven customer engagement

• Continuously innovate with

  nextgen GenAI technologies

• Create compliancealigned documentation & design frameworks
• Build dashboards for tracking AI performance and insights

Technical & Analytical Skills

Required Technical Skill Set

• Strong experience in

  Conversational AI platforms

  (Dialogflow, Azure Bot Services, Amazon Lex)
• NLP frameworks:

  spaCy, NLTK, Hugging Face, Rasa

• Hands-on with multimodal integrations (APIs, SDKs, Webhooks)
• Cloud platforms:

  Azure AI, Google Dialogflow, Amazon Lex

  (priority order)
• Proficiency in

  Python, JavaScript/TypeScript

• Familiarity with GenAI models (OpenAI GPT, Bard, etc.)

MustHave Competencies

• Intent detection, entity extraction, sentiment analysis
• Multicloud & hybrid cloud architecture experience
• SQL/NoSQL & text data preprocessing
• Conversational UX understanding (Angular/React)
