As a Controls Analyst you will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, analyze data, and translate requirements into actionable solutions. Work closely with the stakeholders to identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks, ensuring that all critical processes are covered by effective controls This role requires strong analytical skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Monitor control effectiveness and risk indicators, escalating emerging risks or control failures to management. Partner with regional leadership and assurance partners for risk/control insights. Align controls program to Global Operations strategy and IOLT/RGT governance. 10-12 years of experience in operations, risk/controls, or business analysis within regulated environments. Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI); ability to query and analyze operational data Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Experience in preparing monthly / quarterly reviews or similar performance measure reports. Ability to apply AI and automation for creating of dashboards and controls registers is a required skill.
