Pod-to-Pod Transfers (Dark Store Transfers)

• Execute pod-to-pod stock transfers based on

  Data Science (DS) model outputs

• Review and validate DS recommendations for operational feasibility
• Coordinate with

  source store managers

  for timely picking and packing within defined TATs
• Ensure shipments are picked up as per plan by

  transport partners

• Coordinate with transport vendors in case of delays or operational exceptions
• Track movement and ensure

  timely inwarding

  at destination pods

. Local Procurement

• Review and validate

  DS model outputs

  for local procurement requirements
• Coordinate with the list of

  approved and signed vendors

  to confirm stock availability
• Raise

  purchase orders

  post vendor confirmation
• Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of goods from vendors
• Coordinate with store managers to ensure

  on-time inwarding

  at dark stores
• Track and manage

  purchase returns

• Own

  invoice reconciliation

  and closure for local procurement transactions

3. Local Buying (Store Manager Purchases)

• Review

  DS model recommendations

  for local buying

• Coordinate with store managers for purchases from

  local markets and stores

• Ensure correctness of

  items, quantities, and pricing

• Ensure

  timely inwarding

  of locally bought items at the pods
• Ensure all purchase bills are uploaded with the required details
• Be responsible for the

  validation and approval of amounts

  for local buying expenses
