Control Management- Analyst

As a Control Management Analyst in the Finance team at the world's most innovative bank, you will have the opportunity to work on various functions like Quality Assurance Program, SOX/CCAP Testing, Resolution and Recovery, and Program Management. Your role will involve defining, refining, and delivering set goals for the firm on a daily basis. Key Responsibilities: - Perform an independent review and validation of external reporting processes and data to mitigate the risk of external reporting errors. - Assist in the development, execution, and refinement of new and existing control reporting processes. - Manage program implementation and monitoring of control programs impacting CCB Finance. - Monitor adherence to CCB and firmwide policies and standards. - Contribute to the development and enhancement of the business control environment through the execution of the Control and Operational Risk Evaluation (CORE). Qualifications Required: - 3 years of experience in Auditing, Accounting, Internal Control, and/or Finance. - Bachelor's in accounting or Finance. - Internal audit/ITGC/automated controls testing experience required. - Strong communication (written and verbal) and attention to detail. - Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills. - A willingness to challenge conventional thinking and assumptions. - Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. - Ability to work in an evolving environment, manage multiple projects, and support a growing business.
