Control and Governance Analyst, AVP

Role Overview: Infrastructure Finance is seeking a Control and Governance Analyst for the Assistant Vice President position in the CFO Infrastructure Control and Governance team in Mumbai, India. The team focuses on governance of Infrastructure Cost Allocations processes, control gap identification and remediation, supporting Tax with Transfer Pricing issues, overseeing Month-end Cost Close, supporting annual TP Audits, and enhancing control reports to increase transparency and integrity of infrastructure cost allocations. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with internal & external stakeholders to enforce a robust governance framework - Support quarterly & annual DBCM Transfer Pricing Reporting requirements - Manage the DBCM Adjustment process - Enhance Control Reports in partnership with stakeholders - Support Internal & External Audit requirements - Document processes and formulate Business Requirements Document for strategic automation - Explore innovative techniques to minimize manual processing needs Qualifications Required: - CA / MBA (Finance) with 5-7 years of relevant work experience - Experience in control environment, Internal & External Audit Functions, and stakeholder management - Ability to develop innovative solutions using tools such as Power BI, Alteryx - Strong analytical and quantitative skills - Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint Additional Details: The Control and Governance Team plays a crucial role in overseeing monthly Infrastructure Cost Allocations & Transfer Pricing, generating Management Information to strengthen engagements with key internal & external stakeholders.
