Control and Governance Analyst, AVP

You will be joining Infrastructure Finance as an AVP in the CFO Infrastructure Control and Governance team. Your main responsibilities will include overseeing Infrastructure Cost Allocations processes, identifying and remediating control gaps, supporting Tax with Transfer Pricing issues, managing Month-end Cost Close, supporting annual TP Audits, and producing vital Control Reports. Additionally, you will identify process automation opportunities to support the strategic agenda of the CFO Infrastructure Leadership Team. **Key Responsibilities:** - Engage with internal and external stakeholders to enforce a robust governance framework - Support quarterly & annual DBCM Transfer Pricing Reporting requirements - Manage the execution of the DBCM Adjustment process - Deliver Control Report enhancements in partnership with stakeholders - Provide support to meet Internal & External Audit requirements - Support documentation of underlying processes and formulation of Business Requirements Document - Explore innovative techniques to minimize manual processing needs **Qualifications Required:** - CA / MBA (Finance) with 5-7 years of relevant work experience - Experience in a control environment and working with Internal & External Audit Functions - Capability to develop innovative solutions using tools such as Power BI, Alteryx - Strong analytical and quantitative skills - Experience in stakeholder management and strong communication skills - Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint The company strives for a culture of empowerment, responsibility, commercial thinking, initiative, and collaboration.
