Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Contracts Lawyer to join our team at Cargill India Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in law and experience in handling contracts.

Roles and Responsibility

Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients and vendors.
Provide legal advice on contractual matters and disputes.
Develop and implement contract management processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
Analyze and mitigate potential risks associated with contracts.
Ensure all contracts are properly executed and stored.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of experience in contract law.
Possess strong knowledge of Indian Contract Act and other relevant laws.
Demonstrate excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
