Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Contracts Lawyer to join our team at Cargill India Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in law and experience in handling contracts.

Roles and Responsibility

Review, draft, and negotiate contracts with clients and vendors.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Provide legal advice on contractual matters.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve disputes.
Develop and maintain contract management systems.
Analyze and interpret contractual terms and conditions.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of experience in contracts law.
Possess strong knowledge of Indian Contract Act and other relevant laws.
Demonstrate excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
