Job Description

Job Title: Trade Associate

Key Requirements:

Experience in contractor firms handling in-house labor, labor contractors, and subcontractors.
At least 3-4 years of site execution experience in residential or commercial interiors.
Working knowledge of execution steps in at least two-three trades like masonry, tiling/ stone work, carpentry, painting, electrical, false ceiling, or plumbing.
Ability to estimate manpower needs based on scope and site conditions.
Strong problem-solving skills to resolve on-site execution challenges
Should be comfortable in working with google spreadsheets, forms etc

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily labor deployment with vendors handling 80 workers.
Coordinate with site teams to resolve work front issues.
Ensure timely vendor mobilization for new site launches.
Act as the main contact for vendor performance, planning, and escalations. Own vendor output.
Work with internal teams to clear POs, invoice approvals, and payments.

Other Points:

Travel to sites as per requirement to effectively manage vendors.
Be comfortable with a high level of daily coordination.
