Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Contractor based in Mumbai. The Contractor will be responsible for overseeing logistics management, coordinating travel and accommodation, managing event setups, handling artiste management solutions, and executing registration and logistics tasks. The role also involves collaborating with corporate clients to ensure the seamless execution of events and travel plans.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Logistics Management and Conference & Event Setup
• Experience in Hotel Booking for M.I.C.E. Travel and Travel Coordination
• Skills in Artiste Management and Entertainment Logistics
• Knowledge of Registration and Participant Management Processes
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work on-site in Mumbai
• Experience in virtual and hybrid events is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or related field is advantageous
