Looking for Contract Specialist for Leading Realty Player in Gulf !
Position : Contracts Specialist (Post Contracts)
Location : Pune (Baner)
Company : Real Estate
Education : BE / B Tech Civil.
Experience : 5 to 10 yrs.
Experience Required : From Residential Projects only. Should have done high rise building, Villas, Townships, Midsize residential projects.
Should be able do Reviewing, verifying and processing contractor’s RA bills and final bills for Civil, Structural Steel, Interior Works in accordance with the provisions of the conditions of contract.
Preparation of Reconciliation of FIM materials like stones, secondary steel, tiles, decorative jali’s, cement etc.
Drafting contractual correspondence and notices to maintain the effective administration of all contractual matters.
Processing the contract closure to ensure that all terms and conditions of contracts have complied as per standard checklist and procedures
