Contract Specialist

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Contract Specialist located in Delhi, India. The Contract Specialist will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and facilitating successful contract negotiations. Daily tasks include the analysis of contract terms, communication with stakeholders, and the administration of contractual agreements to support project goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and Contract Management skills
• Experience in Contract Negotiation and development of Contractual Agreements
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously
• Experience in the automotive or defense industries is a plus
