Job Description

Manage and oversee contract handling activities related to construction and railway infrastructure projects
Prepare, evaluate, and process tender documents in accordance with legal, technical, and financial guidelines
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams for the timely submission of tenders and bids
Analyze project requirements, tender specifications, and contractual terms to ensure compliance and risk mitigation
Provide contractual support during pre-tender, post-tender, and execution phases of construction contracts
Review and draft contract documents, amendments, addendums, and letters in accordance with project scope and regulatory requirements
Liaise with legal, engineering, and finance departments to ensure clarity and accuracy in contract clauses
Maintain documentation of tenders, correspondence, and approvals for auditing and internal reporting
Track tender status, manage timelines, and ensure adherence to submission schedules
Ensure alignment of all contractual deliverables with the overall project goals, particularly for railway-related projects
