Contract Management Expert

Job Description: You will be responsible for assignments based on Indian Railway Codes & Manuals such as Engineering Code, General Conditions of Contract (GCC), EPC Contract Documents, Arbitration Acts, etc. Your tasks will include handling Estimates, Bid Evaluation, Contractual matters/Legal issues in infrastructure projects, framing Tender & Contract Documents, Land Acquisition/Resettlement, preparation of Bidding documents, contract management, negotiation, and dispute resolution. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize your expertise as a Civil Engineering Graduate with a minimum of 10 years of experience in handling Contracts related to the Construction industry (with a minimum of 8 years in Railway Projects). - OR Possess a Diploma in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 15 years of experience in handling Contracts related to the Construction Industry (with a minimum of 10 years in Railway Projects). - OR Be a retired Engineer from Railway/PSU with at least 7 years of experience, either in the gazetted cadre of the Engineering department of Railways or as Manager and above in the civil engineering department in RITES/IRCON/RVNL or equivalent grade in Konkan Railway/MRVC/DFCCIL/any JVS or SPVs with the Ministry of Railways.
