Contract Brewery Manufacturing Supply Chain Support

As a Contract Brewery Manufacturing Supply Chain Support, your role involves contributing to the process efficiency improvement initiatives in various key areas along with the team. You will collaborate with the CBU partner on Lean TPM / Safety / Quality to ensure alignment with the overall manufacturing plan. Additionally, you will plan the implementation of shared learning to achieve best-in-class standards across breweries, leveraging practices and driving standardization and improvements to meet UBL requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Identify key areas of improvement with high impact and/or value - Pursue Lean TPM / Safety / Quality initiatives with CBU partner - Plan and implement shared learning to meet best-in-class standards - Establish KPIs and dashboards for tracking operational performance - Report progress on improvement initiatives to MT Leadership with data-driven insights - Conduct loss analysis and deployment, and review monthly with CBU team - Lead and manage NPD and expansion projects in coordination with internal stakeholders - Develop project plans, manage resources, track milestones, and mitigate risks - Collaborate with marketing, SC, and CTC teams to align on project goals and execution plans - Act as the central point of contact for stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery - Develop and implement annual audit plans covering process audits, statutory compliance, and risk-based assessments - Conduct internal audits to evaluate process efficiency, internal controls, and regulatory adherence - Prepare detailed audit reports highlighting non-conformities, risk areas, and recommendations Qualifications Required: - B.Tech or Master of Business degree - 15-20 years of relevant experience (Note: No additional details of the company were provided in the job description.),
