Job Title: Offshore Contract Analyst Location: [Specify Offshore Location] Employment Type: Full-time / Contract Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Analyst to manage, analyze, and optimize contract operations within Salesforce . The ideal candidate will be responsible for contract lifecycle management, compliance tracking, and providing actionable business insights. This role requires collaboration with legal, finance, and procurement teams to ensure seamless contract execution and compliance. The candidate should also have experience in data analysis, reporting, and identifying process automation opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Review, track, and maintain contracts within Salesforce . Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements . Manage contract renewals, expirations, and terminations. Assist in contract negotiations by providing relevant insights. Maintain an organized repository of contracts and ensure data accuracy . Update contract metadata, terms, and key clauses. Generate and analyze reports related to contract performance, renewal rates, compliance status, and risk assessment . Develop dashboards in Salesforce to track key contract metrics. Provide actionable insights from contract data to support business decisions. Coordinate with legal, finance, and procurement teams to facilitate contract execution and compliance. Assist sales and account teams with contract-related inquiries . Support audits and compliance checks by providing necessary contract data. Identify potential risks in contracts and flag non-compliance issues . Assist in implementing risk mitigation strategies . Recommend and implement process improvements and automation solutions within Salesforce. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in contract management, compliance, or business insights. Proficiency in Salesforce and contract lifecycle management tools. Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Knowledge of billing processes and contract financial management. Strong analytical and reporting skills with experience in data visualization. Excellent understanding of contractual terms, compliance, and risk assessment . Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and support business objectives. Strong attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Experience in process automation and optimization is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a contract analytics role in an offshore setting . Prior experience with legal or procurement teams . Familiarity with contract management best practices and regulatory requirements.
