Job Description

Manage all commercial aspects related to service contracts and orders.
Clarify contracts, including terms and conditions and legal review.
Support the Regional Service team in mitigating contract risks.
Comply with company policies, guidelines, and procedures to protect business interests.
Monitor contracts and order costs, and process internal credit notes.
Analyze contract profitability to facilitate new acquisitions and renewals.
Provide pricing support for spare part quotations and ensure timely billing while maintaining data hygiene.
Ensure inventory monitoring and issuance to respective orders.
Participate actively in the implementation of digitalization and automation tools.
Focus on achieving regional service KPIs.

Job Requirements

A graduate or postgraduate degree is required.
Possess strong knowledge of commercial clearance, contract administration, and contract management.
Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in SAP and other relevant software applications is necessary.
