Job Description

Responsible for timely and accurate Revenue Invoicing of Operation without any revenue leakage, Co-ordination with Business, F&A and Operation team, handling of customer queries, data reconciliation, MIS and other reports, IFC, Legatrix and other statutory compliances, Internal and External Audit, Provision and other monthly closing activities, Studying and streamlining systems and processes related to revenue invoicing, Ensuring Tax and statutory compliances, Ensure all internal control processes, SOPs and DoA are being followed

  1. Revenue Invoicing Ensuring accurate and timely raising of revenue invoicing with zero revenue leakage
  2. Compliance - Complying all taxation and statutory obligations related to revenue invoicing
  3. - 100% Customer satisfaction by timely resolution of customer queries
  4. System Up-gradation and automation, Process standardisation and strengthening

Primary Responsibilities

  1. Ensuring timely and accurate revenue invoicing with no revenue leakage.
  2. Co-ordination with Marketing/Business Team for any issues related to contracts
  3. Co-ordination with Operation and Documentation team for any queries
  4. Ensure internal checks and control systems are being adhered and aligned
  5. Ensuring Credit note/Debit note generations with required workings and in line with internal approval process.
  6. Ensure tax compliances and others like IFC, Legatrix
  7. Co-ordination with customers and other related stakeholders to resolve their queries
  8. Providing inputs for system ugradation and standardisation and play active role in implementation
  9. Preparation of MIS, Monthly Reports and provision at the end of the month
  10. Attending and resolving queries of auditors.
