Job Description

Safety & Quality Management Assess risks, ensure safety compliance, and maintain conformance with all quality and production standards.
Team Leadership & Resource Planning Act as the first contact for production teams, manage resources, schedules, and training to ensure smooth operations.
Technical & Process Support Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and service teams for validation, technical updates, and quality-related activities.
Customer & Continuous Improvement Support customer issue resolution, participate in factory acceptance tests, and assist in process improvements for operational excellence.

Qualifications for the role:

BE /B. Tech in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field with 5+ years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment.
Demonstrated supervisory experience with effective leadership and team coordination skills.
Practical experience in electrical/mechanical testing, troubleshooting, and electronic assembly.
Comprehensive knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, and familiarity with IEEE, UL, IEC/EN 62040-3 standards, and SAP systems.
Skilled in calibration, test equipment handling, and analysis of parameters like wire continuity, HiPot, CT ratios, and power quality.
Proficient in laboratory testing designing setups, conducting environmental / mechanical / electrical tests, recording data, and preparing detailed reports.
Experienced in development testing, including design of special test setups, documentation of procedures, and identification of abnormalities during testing.
