Train kitchen staff on continental dishes, recipes, portioning, and plating.
Conduct on-site & centralised training sessions for new and existing staff.
Ensure taste, quality, and presentation consistency across outlets.
Train teams on QSR workflow, speed of service, equipment use, and mise-en-place.
Implement hygiene, food safety, and FSSAI standards.
Support menu launches, trials, and recipe standardization.
Prepare training reports and identify skill gaps.
Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or Culinary Arts.
3–5 years’ experience in continental cuisine (QSR experience preferred).
Strong communication, training, and leadership skills.
