Job Description

As a Commis I, II or III (Continental), you will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes from the continental menu. You will assist the Chef de Partie and ensure kitchen operations run smoothly while maintaining hygiene and food safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook continental dishes as per recipes and standards. Assist Chef de Partie in daily kitchen operations. Ensure all mise en place is ready before service. Maintain proper storage of ingredients and monitor stock levels. Check freshness and quality of ingredients before use. Follow proper portion control to minimize food wastage. Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of workstations and kitchen equipment. Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations. Support in training and guiding Commis 2 and Kitchen Helpers if required.
