We are looking for a skilled and experienced Store Manager for our factory’s bakery and confectionery purchase store. The candidate should have: Good knowledge of bakery and confectionery products and raw materials. Good computer skills, especially in Excel formulas for managing inventory and purchases. Strong leadership skills to manage the store team and daily work. Experience in inventory control, working with suppliers, and handling purchase orders.
Manage daily operations of the bakery outlet. Supervise and guide the bakery staff. Ensure good quality of bakery products. Keep the outlet clean and organised. Handle customer service and solve issues. Taking orders of designer cakes. Maintain sales records and prepare reports. Follow safety and hygiene rules.
