Maintain food inventory, order supplies, and monitor stock levels. Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of raw ingredients and prepared dishes. Supervise kitchen staff and assist in training junior chefs and kitchen assistants. Ensure kitchen cleanliness and adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations . Maintain consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation across all restaurant outlets. Work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment while ensuring quality control.
