Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for Conti DCDP (Demi Chef de Partie) & Commis at Della Adventure & Resorts, located in Mawal. The role involves assisting in food preparation using culinary expertise, maintaining kitchen standards and hygiene, ensuring quality and consistency in food preparation, and collaborating with the team to create innovative Continental menu items. The incumbent will also be responsible for maintaining kitchen equipment, managing inventory, and ensuring an efficient workflow while adhering to the resort's high standards of hospitality.

Qualifications

• Experience in Continental cuisine, food preparation, and plating skills
• Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and hygiene practices
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage kitchen workflow
• Creative approach to menu development and adaptation
• Culinary degree or relevant professional certification preferred
• Prior experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality is an advantage
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong communication and organizational skills
