Contentful Architect

As a seasoned Sr Contentful Developer, you play a crucial role in designing, developing, integrating, testing, and maintaining the Content Management System. You will work closely with other technology leaders, developers, quality engineers, system administrators, project managers, business analysts, and end users to build a cutting-edge Ecommerce website and digital channels using Contentful. Your effective problem-solving and communication skills are essential for engaging with a diverse group of stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities:** - Experience in complete project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects. - Support the investigation and implementation of improvements and developments to enhance the performance of digital platforms. - Collaborate with software developers, architects, UX / UI visual designers, and product developers. - Understand cross-browser compatibility issues and approaches. - Apply Agile development practices. - Ability to work independently and provide oversight for assigned projects. - Prepare proposals and time estimates for future work. - Schedule work to meet completion dates and technical specifications. - Be effective and adaptable in response to frequent change and ambiguity. **Qualifications Required:** - 8+ years of experience building sites using CMS, Java, J2EE, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, or Vue. - 6+ years" experience maintaining and administering a CMS. - 3+ years" experience creating responsive websites in Contentful. - Design and develop infrastructure for modern Contentful-based web pages. - In-depth knowledge of Contentful, including content modeling, using Contentful APIs (RESTful or GraphQL), managing content types, and working with entries and assets within the Contentful CMS. - Experience in integrating 3rd party services (translation) to Contentful. - Advanced React JS front-end skills, Node.js, TypeScript, Next.js/Gatsby. - Knowledge about visualizing Contentful data for the web. - Setting up the infrastructure to deliver Next.js generated web pages to end-users and for editor preview, including CI pipeline and CDN. - Extensive experience developing complex web applications with React, Hooks, and TypeScript. - Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use. - Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.,
