• Managing the quarterly and annual calendar:

- Curating and scheduling sessions for members of the business communities, including workshops, standalone sessions, fireside chats, and luminary leader sessions

- Innovative methods to keep the community engaged and include that in the calendar

• Speakers Sourcing & Finalizing:

- Assist the reporting manager in creating session content around relevant issues for CEOs - including research on current trends, issues, speaker preferences.

- Speaker outreach as appropriate for the sessions.

- Outreach to country embassies in India to develop bilateral relations and industrial dialogues between the two countries.

• Speaker on-boarding and collaboration:

- Fulfilling all operations related formalities with regards to on ground and virtual events.

- Co-ordination with finance and procurement teams for the invoicing and payment execution.

- Speaker connect calls between speaker/agency to finalize format & event flow, session details, logistics, participants list etc.

- Speaker travel and logistics

• Emails and social media:

- Generate content for all session invites and emails.

- Provide write up and synopsis for each session for social media creatives.

Larger community engagement:

• Support & augment the program by way of getting its member enterprises to act like a foundry which converts ideas to commercial products and sustainable solutions.
• Tie ups with relevant associations, knowledge partners
• Management of relations with Government bodies including Niti Ayog, embassies and others.
• Collaborate with academic institutions on research and knowledge sharing

Content Management:

• Managing content, including newsletters, takeaways, session invites, pull-out.
• Work with the team on closing the theme for all content - CTB, Pull-outs, social media posts.
• Provide questions for receiving responses from members for CTB and Pull-outs.
