Job Description We are looking for a highly motivated and politically aware English Content Writer – National / Geo Political Content to contribute insightful, timely, and engaging articles to a leading political opinion platform. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of Indian politics, excellent English writing skills, and a passion for storytelling and analysis. This role involves writing well-researched opinion pieces, news analyses, and feature stories on national political developments, public policy, and current affairs. Key Responsibilities Content Creation & Research Write original, high-quality articles on Indian national politics, geopolitical policy issues, and government affairs. Conduct thorough research using credible sources to support your arguments and analysis. Produce content that is clear, engaging, and aligned with the platform’s editorial standards. Editorial Coordination Work closely with editors and content strategists to pitch article ideas and deliver assignments on time. Incorporate editorial feedback to refine and polish content. Ensure articles meet deadlines and maintain a consistent narrative tone. Fact-Checking & Accuracy Ensure factual correctness, coherence, and logical flow in all submitted pieces. Follow platform guidelines on style, grammar, and political sensitivity. Optimization & Collaboration Apply basic SEO practices to make content more discoverable (training will be provided). Coordinate with the editorial, social media, and design teams for content promotion and visuals. Track and learn from content performance metrics to improve future writing. Requirements 1–2 years of experience in content writing, preferably in political journalism, current affairs, global affairs, geopolitics or international relations. Excellent command of the English language and strong writing/editing skills. Good understanding of Indian political systems, current events, and socio-political narratives. Good understanding of global political systems, global events, and international affairs. Strong research skills and attention to detail. Ability to write under tight deadlines while maintaining quality. Familiarity with SEO and digital publishing tools (training will be provided). Why Join Us?
