CONTENT WRITER

Job Summary:

We are looking for skilled and detail-oriented Content Writers to support the SEO initiatives and content marketing efforts for US e-com businesses https://www.proimprint.com/. Ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience creating SEO-friendly content and working closely with Digital Marketing teams to improve organic visibility. Experience writing for e-commerce websites is a strong advantage.

This role is ideal for a writer who understands how content supports rankings, user intent, and conversions—without being expected to “do SEO strategy.”

Key Responsibilities:

1. SEO Content Creation

• Write high-quality, SEO-optimized content including blogs, category pages, product descriptions, landing pages, and FAQs.
• Optimize content for target keywords, search intent, and readability based on SEO guidelines.
• Implement best practices (headings, internal linking, meta descriptions, content structure).

2. Collaboration with SEO Team

• Work closely with the SEO team to execute content briefs, keyword strategies, and optimization recommendations.
• Support content updates and refreshes for existing pages based on performance data.

3. E-Commerce Content Support (Preferred)

• Write and optimize product and category-level content for better search visibility and conversions.
• Create informational and commercial content to support buyer journeys (guides, comparisons, use cases).
• Help develop content that improves engagement and supports organic conversions.

4. Content Quality & Optimization

• Ensure content aligns with brand voice, accuracy, and quality standards.
• Update and optimize older content to maintain freshness and relevance.
• Optimize content for UX elements such as scannability, clarity, and engagement.
• Enter, update, and maintain data accurately in spreadsheets and internal systems.
• Perform online research and collect required information based on provided guidelines.
• Verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Maintain structured records and documentation.
• Follow defined processes and instructions for daily tasks.
• Identify and report data errors or inconsistencies.
• Support the team with additional data-related tasks as required.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience as a Content Writer with a strong focus on SEO-driven content
• Good understanding of search intent, keyword placement, on-page SEO basics, and content structure.
• Experience working with SEO teams and executing content briefs and optimization recommendations
• Preferred familiarity with e-commerce content writing.
• Basic understanding of UX-focused writing (scannability, headings, clarity, engagement)
• Strong research skills with the ability to gather, verify, and organize information accurately.
• Excellent command of written English, grammar, clarity, and readability

Work Location: Palarivattom, Kochi, Kerala (Work from Office)

Work Shift: Afternoon Shift - 2 p.m. to 11 p.m. – Monday to Friday
