As a UX Writer cum Technical Content Writer, you’ll help shape how users experience our products — from clear interface language to detailed learning resources that enhance understanding and adoption.

Who are we looking for:

• Someone with a blend of

  UX writing and technical communication experience

  , capable of simplifying complex ideas.
• A professional who can turn technical specifications into engaging product stories.
• Hands-on experience in

  creating tutorials, guides, or product learning content.

• Strong grasp of

  UX principles, user-centered writing, and documentation best practices.

• Familiarity with

  Figma, Confluence, Notion, or Markdown-based documentation tools.

• Excellent command over English, with a focus on clarity, tone, and accuracy.

Top 3 Daily Tasks:

• Develop product tutorials, guides, and digital learning materials

  explaining product features for external audiences.

• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams

  to gather insights and translate them into user-friendly content.

• Build and manage a structured knowledge framework

  to drive product understanding and adoption.

Minimum Work Experience Required:

• 4–6 years of experience

  in product documentation, technical writing, instructional design, or similar domains.
• Proven experience in

  creating user-facing tutorials or training materials.

• Strong ability to

  simplify technical concepts

  into clear, concise language.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong eye for detail.
• Ability to

  collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

  in a fast-paced environment.

  to ensure accuracy and clarity in all content.
• Drive

  consistency in tone, messaging, and structure

  across all external learning touchpoints.
• Continuously improve user learning experiences through

  innovative content delivery formats.
