Senior Audio Hardware Engineer
You’ll play a key role in architecting and implementing high-performance audio subsystems for our next-generation products. This role also requires close collaboration with manufacturing, DSP, and system teams to ensure exceptional audio quality and robustness.

Top 3 Daily Tasks:
- Design, prototype, and validate analog and digital audio circuits — including microphones, amplifiers, and codecs.
- Analyze and optimize audio quality for signal integrity, noise reduction, and distortion control.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring up audio systems and ensure seamless integration with product hardware.
Minimum Work Experience Required:
- 5+ years of experience in audio hardware design and development.
- Proven expertise in analog and digital audio signal path design.
- Experience in electroacoustic testing and audio performance tuning.
Top 5 Skills You Should Possess:
- Strong command of schematic capture and PCB layout tools (Altium Designer, Cadence, etc.).
- In-depth understanding of audio quality metrics like THD+N, SNR, latency, and dynamic range.
- Hands-on experience with lab tools such as Audio Precision analyzers, oscilloscopes, and spectrum analyzers.
- Knowledge of EMI/EMC mitigation and low-noise analog circuit design.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate across hardware, firmware, and manufacturing teams.
What You’ll Be Expected to Do:
- Lead end-to-end development of audio subsystems from design to validation.
- Select appropriate audio components considering performance, power, and cost.
- Own the audio validation plan and coordinate testing during prototyping and production.
- Work with DSP and algorithm teams for tuning and performance enhancement.
- Support production and resolve audio-related issues during NPI and field deployment.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with ANC (Active Noise Cancellation), AEC (Echo Cancellation), or beamforming.
- Familiarity with Bluetooth audio protocols like A2DP and BLE Audio.
- Experience in voice assistant integration or wake-word detection pipelines.
- Background in consumer electronics, wearables, or AR/VR audio products.
