Key Responsibilities
Content Development:
Create fun, interactive, and educational content stories, rhymes, worksheets, and activity-based learning materials tailored for pre-primary learners.
Worksheet & Learning Product Design:
Develop engaging worksheets, flashcards, puzzles, and innovative tools that encourage experiential learning.
Toy-Based TLM Creation:
Conceptualize and write instructions for play-based, hands-on learning tools aligned with early education pedagogy.
Thorough Research:
Conduct deep, structured research on early childhood pedagogy, age-appropriate themes, and factual accuracy; use credible sources and maintain a reference log.
Zero-Error Writing:
Ensure all content is grammatically perfect, well-structured, and free of typographical or factual errors; deliver error-free, publication-ready
drafts.
Age-Appropriate Communication:
Write in a simple, engaging, and developmentally suitable tone that resonates with children aged 3-8.
Curriculum Mapping:
Align content with NEP 2020, Bal Bharati, CBSE, ICSE, and relevant state education board frameworks.
Illustration Collaboration:
Work closely with designers/illustrators to ensure content is visually clear, engaging, and easy to comprehend.
Interactive Learning Integration:
Apply storytelling, sensory-based learning, and activity-based techniques to enhance engagement.
Self-Editing & Proofreading:
Rigorously review work using checklists/style guides to ensure zero-error
output.
Research & Innovation:
Stay updated with early education trends, global best practices, and innovative teaching approaches to enrich content quality.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor s degree in early childhood education, English, Journalism, Mass Communication, or related field. Background in Montessori or Child Psychology is a strong advantage.
Language Mastery:
Strong command over language
with exceptional grammar, sentence construction, and proofreading skills.
Research Rigor:
Proven ability to conduct thorough research
, synthesize insights, and translate them into child-friendly content.
Creative Thinking:
Ability to craft engaging and developmentally aligned content, worksheets, and learning tools.
Early Learning Expertise:
