Content Writer

Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Write engaging and informative content for our website, blogs, social media, and marketing materials that reflect our brand voice.
• Research: Conduct thorough research on financial topics to ensure the accuracy and relevance of the content produced.
• SEO Optimization: Learn and apply basic SEO techniques to improve the visibility of our content online.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm new content ideas and strategies that align with company objectives.
• Editing and Proofreading: Review and edit content for clarity, grammar, and style before publication.
• Performance Tracking: Assist in tracking the performance of published content and suggest improvements based on audience engagement metrics.

Requirements

• A graduate degree in any stream (English, Journalism, or Mass Communication preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Basic understanding of SEO and content marketing trends.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Creative thinker with attention to detail.
• Writing Skills: Strong writing skills with the ability to create clear and engaging content.
• Research Skills: Ability to conduct research and synthesise information from various sources.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with team members and contribute ideas.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with digital marketing concepts is a plus but not required.
• A portfolio of writing samples (academic or personal projects) is preferred.
