Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation:

• Write clear, concise, and engaging content for blogs, emailers, social media, website banners, SMS, WhatsApp, product listings, and more.

Short & Long-Form Writing:

• Assist in developing content of varying lengths for different platforms and campaign needs.
• Team Collaboration:
• Work with the marketing, creative, and customer experience teams to develop content that supports campaigns and customer engagement.

Editing & Proofreading:

• Edit and proofread your own and team members’ content to ensure it is error-free and aligns with brand tone and guidelines.

SEO & Trends:

• Learn and apply basic SEO principles to enhance content visibility; stay updated with content and digital trends.

Project Management:

• Manage multiple assignments with guidance and meet deadlines consistently.
• Creative Input:
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas for content and campaigns.

Research:

• Conduct basic research to ensure accuracy and relevance of content.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills in English.
• A portfolio or writing samples (can include college projects, blogs, or freelance work).
• Basic understanding of digital content, SEO, and social media platforms.
• Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn and take feedback positively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
