Roles and Responsibilities Script Writing (7 to 10 Daily) Consistently write 7 to 10 short-form, high-engagement scripts each day tailored for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts. Ensure each script is crisp, compelling, and hooks the audience within the first few seconds. Adapt content style and structure depending on the niche, audience age group, and platform behavior Niche-Based Content Strategy Development Analyze and understand various niches such as lifestyle, education, health, entertainment, business, etc. Design content strategies that ensure maximum reach, engagement, and virality based on the unique characteristics of each niche. Trend and Audience Research Continuously monitor trending topics across social media platforms. Use tools and social listening to understand current audience interests, online behavior, and viral content formats. Apply insights to craft relevant, timely, and relatable content. Collaboration and Client Interaction Work closely with internal creative teams and external clients to align on messaging, goals, and tone of voice. Participate in brainstorming sessions and feedback loops to refine and elevate the content quality. Bilingual Content Creation (Tamil & English) Write content in both Tamil and English fluently, ensuring cultural relevance and language accuracy. Tailor messaging to suit the linguistic preferences of target demographics in South India and beyond. Content Resonance and Optimization Create emotionally engaging scripts that evoke curiosity, humor, or inspiration—depending on the goal. Adapt language, structure, and tone to enhance shareability and audience retention. Continuous Innovation & Testing Experiment with storytelling formats, content hooks, and call-to-actions to test what performs best. Refine content strategies regularly using performance insights and audience feedback. Stay updated on new content formats, creator trends, and algorithm updates to stay ahead of the curve.
