Job Description

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Content Writer to join our Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality, well-researched content for both online and print platforms. This role requires strong writing skills, excellent time management, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver creative and impactful content aligned with our brand.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong command of the English language, including current idioms and trends.
  • Strong research skills and the ability to transform complex information into clear, concise content.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills, including prioritizing and scheduling tasks.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Strict attention to detail and consistency in tone, grammar, and formatting.
  • Ability to manage diverse projects with different objectives while maintaining high quality.

Required Experience:
  • Demonstrated experience in writing and researching logistics-related topics.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing high-quality writing for different content types (blogs, articles, marketing copy, social content, etc.).
  • Experience using SEO strategies to optimize content for maximum online visibility.
  • Hands-on experience in proofreading, editing, and fact-checking content before publication.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Produce well-researched, engaging, and original content for publication across multiple platforms (websites, blogs, newsletters, brochures, social media, product/service descriptions, email campaigns, presentations, and more).
  • Organize and manage writing schedules to ensure timely completion of drafts and final deliverables.
  • Generate fresh content ideas by utilizing industry best practices and maintaining a thorough understanding of the organization s mission, brand, and services.
  • Follow and maintain the editorial calendar, coordinating with the marketing team and relevant stakeholders to ensure consistent content delivery.
  • Collaborate with marketing team members and decision-makers for content strategy, revisions, and approvals.
  • Apply SEO best practices to improve content visibility and search rankings.
  • Maintain strict adherence to brand tone, style guidelines, and publication policies.
  • Conduct thorough research on logistics industry-related topics to support accurate and credible content.
  • Proofread, edit, and polish content prior to online and offline publication.
  • Work efficiently on multiple projects simultaneously, adapting to shifting priorities when required.
