Content Writer

🔹Key Responsibilities

1️⃣ SEO Content Writing (Primary)

• Write long-form SEO blogs (1,500–3,000 words)
• Draft service pages with proper H1–H3 hierarchy
• Ensure content is easy to understand, well-structured, and research-backed
• Use keywords naturally — no stuffing
• Write meta titles, meta descriptions & FAQs

2️⃣ Content Research & Topic Planning

• Perform keyword research (SEMrush/Ahrefs/Google tools)
• Identify informational & commercial search intent
• Create evergreen topic lists for:
• ⭐ ICFR
• ⭐ CSR & NGOs
• ⭐ Startup & Valuation
• ⭐ Company Registration
• ⭐ Compliance & Legal topics
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes

3️⃣ Content Optimisation & Quality Control

• Maintain high editorial quality
• Avoid AI-style, generic, repetitive writing
• Use simple, business-friendly language
• Add examples, process diagrams, or step-by-step explanations
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accuracy

4️⃣ AI Use (Secondary – Assistive only)

• Use AI for research support, outlines, or ideas
• NOT for fully generated articles
• Rewrite AI drafts to be human, original, and polished

🔹Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in SEO content writing
• Strong grammar, clarity, and writing structure
• Ability to explain complex topics in simple English
• Experience with Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs (good to have)
• Familiarity with compliance, legal, finance, or consulting topics is a plus
• Must provide writing samples of long-form content (mandatory)
