Role & responsibilities

• Produce

  high-quality written content

  for different purposes, including blog posts, articles, website content, and other marketing materials.
• Write engaging and persuasive pieces that capture the target audience's attention and meet the company's objectives.
• Research and synthesize information from multiple sources to create original insights and perspectives on diverse topics.
• Collaborate with marketing teams, account managers, and creative departments to conceptualize and deliver content solutions that meet client objectives.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in content writing and digital marketing.

Preferred candidate profile

• Must have completed a Bachelor's degree

  in any field with strong written communication skills.
• Fresh graduates to candidates with relevant writing experience are encouraged to apply.
• Demonstrated ability to write clearly, creatively, and persuasively across different topics and formats.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle diverse writing assignments.

• Must have Intellectual curiosity

  - Genuinely enjoy learning about new subjects and can find interesting angles in any topic.

• Can Adapt Well

  - Thrive when switching between different processes, writing styles, and project requirements throughout the day.

• Can Recognize Patterns

  - Can spot connections between seemingly unrelated concepts and draw insights from diverse experiences.

• Comfortable with Ambiguity

  - Don't need rigid structures and can work effectively with evolving requirements post initial briefs.

• The applicant has to come to the office to work

  , meaning he/she can neither take the work home nor work from home.
• Should ideally be prepared to join our organization
