Expected Education & Work Experience: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field. Ideally 2-4 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer, and preferably within an agency environment or a role with significant creative output. A strong portfolio showcasing hand-drawing skills, creativity, and a diverse range of graphic design projects across digital platforms. Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Demonstrated ability to conceptualize, design, and execute projects from brief to completion. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design choices and collaborate effectively. A keen eye for aesthetics, detail, and typography.
