We create transparent property information, SEO-driven landing pages, and engaging campaigns to help buyers make informed decisions while assisting developers with lead generation, legal support, and financial guidance. ✍️ Role Overview : We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Content Writer with strong expertise in real estate content writing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating compelling content for property projects, blogs, SEO landing pages, and digital marketing assets that drive traffic, generate leads, and position Propz as a trusted authority in the real estate domain. 🔑 Key Responsibilities : Research and write SEO-friendly content for real estate property projects, brochures, and landing pages. Write engaging blog posts around real estate trends, investment opportunities, and buyer education. Develop project descriptions highlighting USPs, RERA details, amenities, price, and location advantages. Collaborate with the marketing team to produce social media captions, ad copy, and emailer content. Ensure consistency in brand tone, messaging, and style across all platforms. Optimize content for search engines (keywords, meta tags, headings, alt-texts, schema). Proofread and edit content to maintain high-quality standards. Stay updated on real estate market trends in Bangalore and pan-India to create timely, relevant content. Skills & Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, or Marketing (preferred). 2–4 years of proven experience in real estate content writing (blogs, landing pages, ads). Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and digital marketing basics. Excellent command over English grammar, storytelling, and persuasive writing. Ability to write short-form and long-form content tailored to different channels. Familiarity with WordPress/SEO plugins (Yoast, RankMath) is a plus.
