Job Title: Graphic Designer & Video Editor – Real Estate & E-Commerce Location: Sky Solutions Hub - kalyan nagar Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days WFH) Office Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM About Us:We are a dynamic team operating at the intersection of real estate and e-commerce, delivering engaging digital experiences and marketing campaigns. We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer & Video Editor with a creative mindset, strong design skills, and experience in both visual design and short-form video content. Key Responsibilities:Graphic Design:Design high-quality marketing creatives, banner ads, and social media visuals tailored for real estate and e-commerce platforms. Create clean, conversion-driven UI/UX designs for real estate landing pages and e-commerce websites. Develop visually engaging layouts and maintain brand consistency across all creative outputs. Collaborate with developers and marketers to ensure smooth implementation of designs. Video Editing:Edit and produce short promotional videos, property walkthroughs, and animated explainers for real estate marketing. Add motion graphics, subtitles, transitions, and branding elements to enhance video storytelling. Repurpose video content for different formats and platforms (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, etc.) Requirements:2+ years of experience in graphic design and video editing, preferably in the real estate or e-commerce sector. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, XD) and Figma or similar tools. Strong understanding of digital design principles, color theory, typography, and layout. Experience designing landing pages and UI/UX mockups. Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining a high standard of work. Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
