Job Description


We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Clinical Content Writer/Reviewer to join our team. This role is crucial for the successful development and execution of our healthcare education programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the development and review of content for e-learning courses on core medical topics, managing projects, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality educational content.

Key Responsibilities:

Course Development and Management:

1. Oversee the inception and development of content for e-learning courses on core medical topics.

2. Write and review healthcare educational content and coordinate with production teams for presentation and design.

3. Identify, onboard, and oversee the recording process of clinical content with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)

Project Management:

Initiate and manage healthcare educational projects.

Interdepartmental Collaboration:

Marketing:

  • Coordinate with marketing team to develop website and social media content on healthcare educational programs.
  • Organize marketing webinars for promotion of healthcare educational programs.

Student Support:

  •  Work with student support team to resolve queries and address challenges in e-learning courses to ensure seamless learning experience for learners.
  • Oversee the creation and editing of intro videos and course modules.

Sales Training:

  •  Identify training needs, help sales team with sales pitches, and address course & content related queries!

Preferred candidate profile:

  • MBBS/BDS/MDS; a specialist degree is highly preferred.
  • Preferred: 2-3 years of experience in academic projects, directly or indirectly engaged in healthcare education.
  • Strong understanding of educational content development.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple departments.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office suite.
