We are looking for a Social Media Manager with a science background who can combine technical knowledge with creativity to make healthcare content engaging and impactful.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and creative Social Media Manager who can write scripts, shoot content across different locations in Delhi-NCR, edit and manage our social media presence. The role involves close collaboration with our clinical and performance teams to transform science-driven concepts into appealing digital media.

Key Responsibilities:

• Travel across different Delhi NCR centers/locations to plan, shoot, and collect content.
• Write scripts and develop storyboards for videos, reels and campaigns.
• Shoot professional-quality video and photo content (equipment will be provided if needed).
• Edit content into engaging, upload-ready formats for all platforms.
• Manage and grow social media handles (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, etc.).
• Collaborate with physiotherapists, psychologists and fitness trainers to capture authentic, science-backed content.
• Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely posting.
• Track performance and optimize strategies based on analytics.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Physiotherapy, Sports Science or related field (preferred).
• Experience in content creation, video shooting, editing and social media management.
• Strong skills in editing software (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
• Ability to write creative yet science-driven scripts for digital content.
• Excellent communication skills and storytelling ability.
• Flexibility to travel across Delhi NCR for shoots.
• Passion for merging science with creativity to reach a wider audience.
