Craft clear, engaging, and on-brand copy for various formats from social media posts and digital ads to email campaigns, push notifications, blogs and video scripts.
Collaborate closely with the product, marketing & analytics team and stakeholders to bring campaigns to life through compelling storytelling.
Translate complex BFSI and D2C concepts into simple, relatable, and persuasive language.
Stay on top of content and copy trends to keep our brand voice fresh, relevant, and competitive.
Edit and proofread copy to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency across all touchpoints.
Adapt tone and messaging based on platform, audience, and campaign objectives.
Handle multiple projects at once while meeting tight deadlines (and still making it look easy).
Be open to feedback, iterate quickly, and keep the creative energy flowing.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree (or equivalent) in journalism, English, communications, or related discipline, or other technical fields (like engineering, commerce, science, etc.).
2+ years of professional content & copy writing experience.
Strong copy writing portfolio.
Proofreading experience and familiarity with standard style guides.
Experience with content management systems.
Keen eye for detail.

Skills and Experience:

Good grip of English language. Other languages would be a bonus.
Exceptional research & writing skills.
Preferred experience: BFSI industry, B2C marketing.
Ability to work independently or with a team to meet deadlines.
Excellent organizational skills and multitasking ability.
Up to date with the on-going news & trends in BFSI industry.
Follows & understands social media & pop-culture trends.
