• Craft high-energy Instagram Reels and short-form videos using team/event footage
• Track and capture trending styles, adapting them to HPA’s vibe fast
• Collaborate with our content team on strategy, storytelling, and music choices
• Optionally join events to shoot behind-the-scenes and on-ground action (preferred)
• BONUS: Comfortable appearing on camera for hosting, interviews, and trend videos
  

• Hands-on with CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools
• Strong social media instincts – you spot and move on trends early
• Creative eye for pacing, transitions, and sound
• Proactive, deadline-friendly, and able to work independently
• Portfolio of past edits (college/personal work welcome)
• Based in Hyderabad or willing to travel for shoots
