Job Description

Content Creation:

Write engaging content for ads, website, reels, blogs, emailers, landing pages, and course promotions.
Develop creative captions, taglines, and scripts for video content.

Strategy Planning:
Build a monthly content plan aligned with SkillX campaigns, webinars, and course launches.
Identify trending topics and integrate them into SkillXcontent themes.
Plan influencer, campaign, and brand storytelling strategies.

Coordination:

Work with design and marketing teams for timely content delivery.
Collaborate with mentors and marketing heads to produce educational or awareness content.

Research Analytics:

Study competitor communication and edtech trends.
Monitor performance (reach, engagement, leads) and revise content accordingly.

Team Guidance:

Oversee interns or junior writers, ensuring tone and style consistency.
Requirements
  • Bacheloror masterdegree in any field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in content strategy, content marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience leading a content team in a fast-paced environment, preferably within EdTech or a related industry.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing content creation and successful campaigns.
  • Proven expertise in developing and executing content strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills to guide content creators, writers, and designers.
  • Deep understanding of SEO best practices and the ability to create high-ranking content.
  • Excellent communication skills with strong writing and editing abilities.
