Content Strategist

Role & responsibilities

What will you do?

1. Strategy & Brand Marketing:

Develop and execute a brand-led content marketing strategy that supports LearnTubes

positioning, growth, and product roadmap.

Own the tone, voice, and visual identity across all content formats and platforms.

Plan integrated campaigns that span all social media, YouTube, Instagram and LinkedIn.

2. Content Creation & Performance:

Be on camera for reels, shorts, and videos with confidence and authenticity.

Lead the end-to-end production of content—ideating, scripting, shooting, editing, and

publishing.

Create eye-catching visuals, statistics, carousels, and infographics using Canva or

similar tools.

Spot and adapt trends, memes, and hooks to fit our brand and goals.

3. Growth & Channel Ownership:

Build the content presence for both LearnTube and its founders across Instagram,

LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Use analytics to inform what’s working, double down on winning formats, and optimise

publishing cadence.

Collaborate with the product, design, and marketing teams to build authentic, engaging

narratives

You’re a Great Fit If You:

Have 2–3 years of experience in content marketing, brand strategy, or creator-focused roles.

Are confident on camera and know how to connect through performance and voice.

Know how to make content that converts, not just entertains.

Are proficient in Canva and editing tools like CapCut, VN, or Premiere Pro.

Understand digital brand-building across at least 2 of 3: YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn.

Thrive in early-stage, fast-moving environments where you're trusted with end-to-end

ownership.

Bonus: You've built something from scratch (your own channel, a brand, a community, etc.)
